Required Skills & Abilities

• Comfortable providing direct patient care in a home setting
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Dependable and Trustworthy with reliable transportation

Education, Licensure(s) and Qualifications

• Graduate from a credit Nursing Program
• Current and valid Indiana RN license, required
• Home Health experience is a plus
• Wound care experience preferred
• Minimum Associate Degree
