Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Client Support Specialist. This position is ideal for recent college graduates looking to gain office experience, learn to read financial documents, and correspond/communicate with financial and professional institutions. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan files and documents to maintain electronic records.
  • Conduct data entry tasks to update and maintain client records.
  • Fax documents as needed for client cases.
  • Create PDFs containing relevant documents for client records.
  • Conduct phone calls and correspond with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Master our CRM software to manage client information efficiently.
  • Prepare financial documents and professional-facing documents as required.
  • Prepare government forms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize government websites and internal systems to track client files and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Become familiar with financial statements and relevant documents.
  • Request and analyze financial documents and statements from clients.
  • Make phone calls to financial institutions to request documents and information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable spending 25-33% of job time on the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior office experience, preferably in a client-focused role or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
