The Warehouse Coordinator will play an integral part in the daily Materials and Logistics operations for the Fortescue Hydrogen Systems Team. We offer an Excellent Team Environment and Culture. Excellent Training and Development Opportunities in a rapidly expanding business.

Location: Harrington, Delaware, relocating to Dover, Delaware in 2024.

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming goods and entry into SAP and Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate outbound freight shipments with different carriers using shipping portals.
• Understands shipping requirements domestically and internationally.
• Operate materials handling equipment; Forklift to load/unload deliveries, move materials around Facility. Hydraulic pallet lifters and hand trolleys to move materials.
• Resolve discrepancies related to material deliveries ie undersupply, damage etc.
• Arrange local and interstate freight movements as required.
• Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist Material Logistics Officers as required.
• Execute and manage all Dangerous Goods storage and Dangerous Goods Register in the warehouse areas of accountability.
• Overseeing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate the distribution of chemicals and materials to various departments and locations within the organization.
• Dispensing, weighing, and verifying chemicals and other raw materials.
• General housekeeping activities for Facility.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years in a similar role SAP Materials Management highly regarded.
• License to operate a Forklift is essential.
• Qualified to ship Dangerous Goods preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and excellent accuracy.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic rigging, load restraint, and crating is desirable.
