Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure efficient food production and delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of food handling regulations and health standards
- Proficient in using POS or similar restaurant management software
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
