Fort Wayne Metals Research is Hiring a Legal Operations Administrator Near Fort Wayne, IN

We’re glad you’re exploring our Legal Operations Administrator position and want to share some of the details.

First, this position will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support, as directed by department attorneys and paralegal(s), in preparing and revising legal documents and files, as well as organizing and monitoring legal department matters. You will develop and maintain organization of department documents and records regarding contracts, corporate records, and legal matter files (electronic and paper) and retrieving information from files when needed. The Legal Operations Administrator will organize legal transaction files or large project files, including creating transaction binders upon project completion and maintain current and accurate data for Legal metrics and contract status/information. You will also lead and successfully execute project plans, and monitor and review project progress, timelines, and critical milestones. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, OnBase and Microsoft AX.

Second, we would be looking for you to have an Associate’s degree in Administrative or Legal Assistant field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a legal department or law firm, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
