Job description

Fort Wayne Medical Oncology & Hematology is currently recruiting for a Full time Patient Services Specialist with a Monday - Friday eight (8) hour day time work schedule within a medical office setting.

The successful candidate will provide:

* Excellent Customer & Patient service

* Possess the ability to function in a high-volume, fast paced medical office setting while demonstrating great multi-tasking skills along with good computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Excellent customer service while ensuring accurate scheduling of all appointments including follow-ups

* Rescheduling of future appts., outpatient testing & imaging and cancellation of appointments.

* Insurance verification & entering patient demographics

* Medical Terminology & Billing experience preferred

* Prior Medical office experience required
