Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is Hiring a Horticulture Assistant Near Fort Wayne, IN

Applications are being accepted for a part time Horticulture Assistant.
Responsibilities: The Horticulture Assistant performs work necessary to provide a clean, vibrant, and healthy landscaped environment for zoo guests to enjoy; conducts needed light maintenance of grounds facilities and equipment; and assists in planting, flower beds, planters, baskets, general landscapes, pruning, shrubs and trees, and turf maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one year of horticulture or related experience are required. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Benefits: This is a part-time position requiring availability for up to a 29-hour work week year-round.
