Previous Automotive or DMV Titling experience required.

Toyota of Fort Walton Beach is seeking to hire Title Clerks for our Accounting Office! Ideal applicants will be self-motivated and have prior web dealer and CDK experience.

Responsibilities - Title Clerk: 

  • Process vehicle deals
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare out of state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
  • Perform other clerical tasks as requested

Qualifications/Requirements – Title Clerk:

  • Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for Texas required
  • Titling and/or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership required
  • Other Accounts Payable/Receivable or dealership office experience is a plus!
  • Web dealer experience required
  • CDK experience required
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS!
  • Organizational and phone skills are required
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team-player
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
