Fort Myers INFINITI is looking to hire the right person for the Service drive support / Entry level service advisor position

Job Summary: This position is an entry level for Service advisor that allows you to advance at your own pace. Service advisor is responsible for scheduling customer service work, interfacing with customers during the vehicle service process, providing valuable feedback and making service recommendations! The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between the technician and the customer.

Principal Responsibilities of Express Service Advisor:

 Establishes good communication and rapport with customers to ensure a superior repair experience that will result in repeat and referral business.

 Utilizes formal appointment scheduling system.

 Schedules customer appointments for service work. Secures necessary problem description from customers at time of service write up.

 Provides accurate cost and completion time estimates to customers.

 Reviews service write up with customers to verify required work.

 Secures customer written approval at time of write up.

 Maintains timely customer follow up contact regarding vehicle service problems, cost estimates, repair progress/status, and completion times.

 Ensures that requested repairs are properly completed.

 Provides explanation of service work performed and charges to customers at time of vehicle pick up.

 Ensures customer vehicles are cleaned according to dealership policy.

 Service Advisor serves as liaison with technicians as needed in communicating with customers about vehicle repairs.

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience(Knowledge):

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training and college courses preferred
• Knowledge of automotive service systems; Dealership experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Competencies/Skills:

• Some Computer Skills
• Identify and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers.
• Identify and write industry acceptable repair orders.

Work Environment :

• Employee must walk around the Service Department
• Employee must be able to use the computer to research and enter data
• Employee will be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, wide temperature variances (cold to hot) and some hazardous materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
