Job Summary: Fort Lee Public Schools has an anticipated opening for Special Education Teachers at the Intermediate School (5th & 6th grade) for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a NJ Teacher of Elementary School Grades K-6 or K-8
• Must hold NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification or Teacher of the Handicap
• Experience working with elementary and special needs students.
• Experience working in an inclusion setting.
• Knowledge of NJSLS.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location: Lewis F. Cole Intermediate School

Working Conditions: 10 month position, Tenure Track

Position Start Date: September 1, 2024

Base Salary: $60,675.00
