The Tiverton School Department is looking for second shift custodian to provide a safe and clean environment for students and staff.Hours are from 2:00 to 10:30 pm. Candidate will need to be fingerprinted and have a full background check.Responsibilities include:Vacuum or mop all floorsEmpty all trash receptaclesReplenish or replace paper towels, toilet paper, soap, air freshenersClean & sanitize all bathrooms, urinal, toilets, mirrors, & wet mop floorsClean door windows and sanitize doors/handles/knobsMow and Pick up trash on the groundsShovel snow & salt icy walkways Minor repairsPaintingDust shelves and window ledgesReport excess need for clean up in any classroom/areaRemove scuff marks on the wallsEnsure school environment is safe and used in a respectful manner by approved members of the public per PrincipalAdditional duties as assignedTo support Tiverton's commitment to diversity and to foster inclusion, respect, and equity in education, the successful candidate will be selected from a diverse pool of candidates.
