We work (4) ten hour days per week so that you can enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Work/Life balance is very important to us! 2nd shift hours: 3 pm - 1 am Mon-Thur.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as team lead for all personnel and monitor activities in all areas of the departments. Make sure that all employees are adequately trained and are running good quality parts.
Essential Duties:
- Operate machines and/or other equipment.
- Read work orders, work instructions , or processing charts.
- Position and secure inserts, hand loads and work pieces on machines.
- Remove finished products from machines, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment.
- Maintain company and customer quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Be able to communicate with multiple parties with multiple personalities about multiple projects in a clear and effective way.
Motivated self-starter.
Organized with extraordinary problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and having the ability to manage your time is critical.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift tubes regularly.
