BUS. COORDINATOR I

PP Sales Business Coordinator Job Description

Provideanalyticalservice within thePolyolefinDepartmenttoensure efficient operations under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.

1.Act as a liaison between Management Center, Polyolefin Sales, BTD, and customers to facilitate projects

accordingly.

2.Provide support where needed with services that meet the highest standard of satisfaction.

3.Monitor Polyolefin Industry sales, production, operation, and market trends against Formosa’s.

Major Areas of Accountability :

1.Business Development

a.Research and understand the trends in the industry

b.Promote the company’s products and brand

c.Provide support in completing the tests and paperwork for OEM approvals

d.Attend industry related conferences / shows

e.Actasaliaisonbetweenvarious departmentsto ensuresuccessful closure of projects f.Work with the business coordinator as a key project member for related projects

g.Communicate regularly with team members on status

h.Present monthly updates on progress and industry highlights

2.Inventory and Business Operation Management

a.Gainknowledgeonoperation, production / inventory to understand healthy inventory level for stable

dailyoperation and sales.

b.Report abnormalities and advise Marketing / Sales Managers about possible solutions to regain

production and sales balance and normal inventory levels.

c.Review sales and pricing, and make sales / price adjustments to reports if necessary - monthly

3.Sales Cycle Management.

a.Assist in closing the sales cycle from lead generation to actual transaction

b.Work with CSR team to provide smooth transaction for customer

c.Resolve customer issues

4.Reporting

a.Sales Target forecast and sales activities update

b.Monthly Analysis report

c.Market intelligence analysis and market trends follow up

5.Automation

a.Engineerdata-driven business systems to help with corporate and business strategies that yield sharp

insights and drive results

b.Construct Automation Abstract to be used as an instruction guide for management center during the

internal system integration

c.Work with a Management Center System Analyst to facilitate & direct in automation process

ensuring the project is completed accordingly

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION : 4-YEARCOLLEGEDEGREEINBUSINESS,ENGINEERING,ORCOMPUTER RELATED MAJOR.ADVANCED DEGREE PREFERRED.

QUALIFICATION :

A. TECHNICAL JOB CRITERIA

1. Previous Related Experience Required

Business related experience in Chemical / Plastics field preferred.

2. Technical Skills Required To Perform This Job

• StronganalyticalandcomputerskillsinMicrosoftOffice(Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) a must. 4. Other Certification / Training Required To Gain Function-Related Technical Knowledge
• Must be able to write speeches and prepare presentations on controversial / complex topics to top

management and / or public groups.

5. Other Requirements (Physical / Mental Demand, Schedule / Hours, Travel)

Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular

schedule as required.

Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment, and able to travel for business

trip alone.
