Software Implementation Program Manager

Location : Cupertino, CA (Work from office 3 days in hybrid model).

BS 10 years of relevant experience in software development implementation, structure and management of Bill of Material (BOM), Teamcenter environmental compliance modules, Agile PLM, SAP or Oracle ERP

Duties:
- Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress
- Manage project resources including budget and timeline
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and team members
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in managing ERP projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership skills to guide project teams effectively
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as TFS
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- Ability to conduct user acceptance testing and manage change requests
- Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for ERP system integration
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and drive project success
