We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Line Cook to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute the recipes that showcase the best in what is Forma Pasta.

• Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Assist in inventory management.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with Italian cuisine expertise.

• Strong culinary skills, including a deep understanding of pasta preparation and Italian cooking techniques.

• Leadership and team management abilities.

• Creativity and passion for developing new dishes and improving existing ones.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
