Summary of Position:

This position will work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager to make sure that order picking, packing, put away and shipping are accurate and efficient while maintaining a high level of production. Their Goal should be to ship all orders with 100% accuracy. Ownership of DC safety and driving a zero-accident culture

Principle Accountabilities:

• Safety. 33%
  1. Maintain a safe work environment, always keeping themselves and fellow employees safe.
  2. Ensures a culture of safety throughout the organization by following Morphe safety policies and procedures- monitor DC safety, physical security and operational metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Oversees and executes daily order processing. 33%
  1. Meets deadlines and goals as established by management, with an emphasis on order accuracy.
  2. Monitor all orders need by date to organize with Transportation team shipping needs.
  3. Communicates to Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor any issues that might cause shipping delays.
  4. Delegate tasks to associates and provide them with priorities and goals.
• Trains and develops warehouse workers. 33%
  1. Provides feedback to supervisor on strengths and development needs of team members.
  2. Monitors employee break schedules and holds them accountable.
  3. Role model and enforces company policies and procedures. Provides feedback to Supervisor when inconsistencies are observed.
  4. Must be flexible to support other departments if needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years warehouse experience in a fast pace distribution center.
• Proven leadership qualities and demonstrated good judgment is a plus. Leads by example.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and build relationships.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner.
• Maintain flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated overtime as requested per business and operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to consistently walk, stoop, kneel, bend 9 hours a day.
• Ability to frequently lift, lower, and carry up to 45 lbs.

Additional Information:

FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.

Compensation Range: $38,000 - $45,000
