Education and Training

·High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Qualifications

·Must be able to read and write English

·Must be able to read a tape measure

·Good verbal and written communication skills

·Ability to work well with others

·Basic math skills

Physical Demands

·Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitively

·Ability to stand continuously for 8-12 hours

·Good physical conditions to lift up to 25lbs repetitively

·Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills

Environmental Conditions

·Exposure to loud noise

·Exposure to hot and humid conditions

·Exposure to grease, lube and hot scale

·Required to wear double palm leather gloves

·Required to wear heat resistant sleeves.

·Double hearing protection and eye protection is required at all times in all production areas.

·Steel toe boots with metatarsals are required at all times
