Role Description: Counselor

Forge Counseling Collective invites applications for a full-time Counselor position at our Commerce City location. In this role, you'll provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, collaborating with fellow clinicians in a dynamic, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
• Hold an LPCC, LMFTC, or SWC candidate; fully licensed clinicians are welcome to apply!
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of presenting issues.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning, cultural humility, and inclusivity.
• Additional qualifications in modalities such as Couples and Families, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy are highly desirable.
