- Able to drive a truck/trailer combination.
- Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment
- Bilingual -- English and Spanish.
- Detail oriented
- At least 5 years experience as a Residential/Commercial Landscaping/Lawn Crew to be considered for Crew Lead
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in the sun for the majority of a workday.
- Ability to present themselves in a clean and professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clients, subcontractors, vendors, and designers).
- Ability to repeatedly lift 80 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and carry a variety of light to heavy items throughout a 10-hour workday.
