Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Manage store budgeting, pricing, and promotions effectively
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Support team management in scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales industry practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and sales strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Familiarity with stock procedures and merchandising techniques
- Experience in training development for staff improvement
