• Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling of appointments, and confirming patient visits.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and check-in process. Ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate.
• Partner with the clinical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our family-focused and friendly culture.
• Handle patient inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
