Looking for landscape installation or lawn care crew member

• Must have reliable transportation - valid Drivers license REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Prior landscaping or lawncare experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions: heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills preferred

Landscape Crew duties include:

• Working directly with a Crew Lead to prep, install, and finish projects
• Safely operating power tools and heavy machinery/equipment
• Installation of plants, mulch, rock, etc.
• Loading and unloading trailer/equipment each day to prep for job

Lawncare Crew duties include:

• Working directly with a Crew lead to get set work for each day
• Safely operating power tools and heavy machinery/equipment
• Mowing grass using commercial riding or push mowers
• Trimming and hard edging
• Bagging and removing lawn clippings

Typical hours

• Our crews work Monday - Friday
• Start time is generally 7am for lawncare crew and 8am for landscape; but can vary depending on weather.
• Our crews generally finish the day around 5pm - but sometimes work late or finish early depending on the schedule for the day or the job's progress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lawn care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
