Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of Craft Cocktails/and Local Craft beer in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

All of our bartenders also work server shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Operate cash register or POS system to process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area, restocking inventory, and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers seated at the bar

Skills:
- Strong cash handling skills
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Understanding of food industry regulations and food safety practices
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an enjoyable experience for guests
