Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our park facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks, property leasing, and conflict management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the park, including overseeing maintenance, security, and cleanliness
- Coordinate and supervise park staff to ensure efficient operation
- Handle property leasing activities and negotiate lease agreements with tenants
- Implement and maintain facilities management programs to upkeep park amenities
- Resolve conflicts among park visitors or staff members in a professional manner
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
- Maintain administrative records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in park management or related field
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Proficiency in office software applications for administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
