Overview: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk/Reservation Specialist to join our team. As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, overseeing the booking process, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience during their stay. You should be familiar with reservations systems and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and maintain a personable and friendly attitude

- Assisting guests with booking reservations for RV Resort and providing confirmation information.

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Answering customer inquiries about availability, rates and amenities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservation details

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

- Advising customers on local attractions, dining options and events

- Handling cancellations or modifications to existing reservations

- Process payments and ensure accurate billing information

- Monitoring reservation system for errors and working to correct them

- Assisting in cashier duties

- Perform other tasks when needed

Qualifications:

- Associates degree or some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred

- Experience and proficiency in using reservation systems and software preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Team player

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
