With that, we are looking for a hard working, dedicated Foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance crew(s) to ensure all accounts are completed within guidelines, budget, and work hours.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, as well as provide timely and effective assistance as needed by the customer.
• Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards.
• Managing crew time sheets and turning them into supervisor daily
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years experience in the Landscape industry
• Experience as crew leader/foreman is a plus!
• Must have valid driver's license, with experience pulling a trailer.
• Ability to carry out and communicate to others detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor (may be required to perform in an envioirment that included such activities as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling and grasping, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, and 50 lbs. regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
