Job Title: Summer Camp Staff

Type of Position: Summer Seasonal

Job Overview: Looking for college-aged people wanting to spend a summer serving campers and getting closer to God. As a Summer Camp Staff, you will be an active participant in facilitating camp activities such as zip line, lifeguarding, canoeing, archery and axe throwing. Summer staff assists in a variety of guest experience tasks and supervises campers at activities.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all camp activities for guests including high ropes, lifeguarding, canoes and range sports. (All training provided on-site)
• Work with guest groups to provide a safe and fun camp experience for everyone
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests during their stay
• Assist with guest experience tasks such as housekeeping and kitchen as needed.
• Welcome all campers and assist them as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Capable of being outside for a majority of the day
• Ability to maintain safety and enforce rules
• Proficient swimmer preferred (able to pass Lifeguard certification)
• Comfortable working at heights preferred (Ropes Course/ Zip Line)
