Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Verify patient insurance information
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to update patient information and schedule appointments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
