Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders - Select and install tooling, fixtures, and attachments on the machines - Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency - Make adjustments to machine settings as needed - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines is required - Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings - Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials - Familiarity with programming CNC machines is a plus - Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Opportunities for career advancement If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we encourage you to apply.
