Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive repair shop. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs - Listen to customer concerns and accurately transmit them to the service technicians - Provide estimates for repairs and services, explaining the details to customers - Schedule appointments and manage the service bay workflow - Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills: - Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Familiarity with auto body repair, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, brake repair, shocks, and struts - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills We offer competitive pay rates, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
