Foreign Policys product and data team is hiring a short-term Customer Support intern for the Summer of 2024. The successful candidate will answer any questions and troubleshoot issues from both Foreign Policy subscribers and non-subscribers via Zendesk and assist with consumer-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and will partake in collecting qualitative data to learn about our customers experience and feedback with our various product lines.
