Foreign Cars Charlotte are seeking an Experienced Luxury Service Advisor for our very busy multi-franchise Service Department.

We are a high-volume, luxury vehicle dealer with a great facility and we need you to help us continue our success and provide our customers with the excellent service they are accustomed to.

Requirements

Minimum experience of 2 years of Franchise Advisor experience working at a luxury car dealership.

Preferred 1 year prior experience at a luxury franchise dealership

~~Import franchise experience preferred.

~~Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

~~Excellent interpersonal skills, and be extremely organized.

~~Outgoing and professional.

~~Stable work history.

~~Exceptional CSI track record is required.

~~Must possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees and vendors.

~~Ability to listen the needs of the customer, the service(s) desired and clearly explain information on the repair order.

~~Greet customers, schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.

~~Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's schedule.
