Application Enhancer/Application XTender Developer/Captiva Intelligent Capture Consultant
Seeking an established ApplicationXtender Developer and Technical Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in the OpenText ApplicationXtender suite of software along with the OpentText Captiva/Intelligent Capture Products including Advanced Recognition. Skills include software design/development, Data Migration and administration including but not limited to Core OpenText ApplicationXtender Server, xPlore Full-Text Server, Image Capture, Workflow and Web/Desktop clients. Must have experience installing and configuring the Intelligent Capture products. Strong communication skills required.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing and configuring Enterprise Content and Records Management Software and installing and configuring the Captiva/Intelligent Capture Products. The position will work with the documented client requirements to develop a detailed design and develop solutions for implementation. Excellent compensation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience preferred.
5 Years development experience designing and building document/records/content management solutions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident.
Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance.

Experience Guidelines:

Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills.
Have sufficient range of knowledge and experience to be acknowledged as a subject matter expert (SME) in ECM solutions and applications.
Self-starter; experience working in highly collaborative teams in matrix organizations.
Extensive Experience in the following tools and technologies:
ApplicationXtender Solution configuration and development.
Workflow Development and configuration.
Configuring Records Management and Retention Policies.
Object model definition and construction.
Configuration in Microsoft SQL and Oracle database environment.
Knowledge of web client capabilities & configuration.
Knowledge of working with PDF transformation services.
Installing and configuring Intelligent Capture (Captiva).
Scanning and Imaging Configuration.
xPlore Full Text Indexing.
System Migrations/Data Migrations.
System Upgrades.
