Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Nursery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Duties:
- Supervise and care for infants and toddlers (age 0-4) in the church nursery during scheduled services and events

- Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for children and their families
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, story time, and simple crafts
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Assist in feeding, changing, and comforting infants and toddlers
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Experience in babysitting, childcare, or daycare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education
- Familiarity with infant care practices
- First aid certification is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
- Background in special education or caregiving roles
- Previous experience in nannying or similar roles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
