Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Installer located in Everett, WA. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing solar panel installations, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget, and managing a small team of installers. They will also be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are met, communicating effectively with customers and project managers, and troubleshooting issues that arise during installations. Installers collaborate directly with our Founding Partner and Electrical Administrator/Partner on every project. Forecast is expanding, offering opportunities for internal growth in one of the fastest growing industries in the country.

Qualifications

  • 2-years of experience leading skilled trade installations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of electrical and hand tools
  • Experience with solar panel installations or related industries
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow plans and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
