Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Manage payroll and employee records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus
