Account Manager – Ford AV

Typical On Target Earnings (OTE) - $250,000 or more a year. Compensation includes a base salary, a ramp-up plan, lucrative commissions, bonuses and other incentives. There are no commission caps or decelerators.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively prospect to find, qualify, develop and close your growing customer portfolio.
  • Target senior executives and C-Suite contacts and present the winning Ford AV value proposition.
  • Set appointments for in-person, zoom/teams meetings and problem-solving assessments.
  • Conduct site surveys and review value delivering propositions with senior executive decision makers.
  • Partner with Ford AV engineers, estimators and support staff to create and deliver winning value-driven customer proposals.
  • Close sales to exceed your compensation expectations.
  • Represent Ford AV as the single point of accountability to your customers.
  • Nurture, develop and grow key accounts.

What you need to succeed:

  • Confident and capable of finding, contacting and setting appointments with decision makers.
  • Proven results driving your income based on your results.
  • Ability to set goals, develop plans, create strategies and demonstrate persistence to reach them.
  • Willingness to listen, learn and follow company polices and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • PC skills including MS Office, Hoovers, LinkedIn, Internet and other sales productivity tools.
  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity.
  • Proven experience winning capital equipment sales with senior executive level decision makers.

Compensation:
