The Installation Technician installs low-voltage commercial audio, video and lighting systems in a variety of commercial businesses both locally and across the nation. Job responsibilities include installing LCD/ DLP video projection systems, touch panels, and speakers (ranging from ceiling mounted to clusters); pulling and terminating cables; and harnessing racks, patch bays and mixing consoles. Ford maintains high standards for quality of work and safety; therefore, every Installation Technician will obtain a DOT Certification and OSHA 10 certification before going out into the field. Ford also provides opportunities for additional training and development.
