Overview : Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall building and equipment maintenance by ensuring that routine equipment and tool maintenance schedule is maintained, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, work with others to identify and make improvements with safety in mind in all cases.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with local managers to plan and complete maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all tools; machinery and equipment are in good operating order.
- Report all equipment failures or outages to management and immediate team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and building issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Report any unsafe working conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED, additional education preferred.
- 3 years of maintenance related experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong propensity for preventative maintenance and precautionary measures.
- Must be self-driven, take initiative, and work well with others.
- Basic Microsoft office skills.
