JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Project Manager, Digital Banking is responsible for managing key strategic projects for Digital Banking.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage strategic, continuous improvement, and transformation projects and initiatives across functional areas of Digital Banking with a focus on supporting fraud operations.
• Manage and analyze incoming transaction volume with existing fraud tools on a daily basis.
• Support Digital Banking Leadership team with sprint planning and quarterly in-person events.
• Provide support to the President of the Digital Banking division including maintain calendar, schedule appointments, prepare monthly expense reports, prepare correspondence, and maintain files for various communications and daily reports.
• Other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Financial services and/or banking experience preferred
• Strong project management experience, including strong organizational skills and management of key deliverables and milestones
• Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus
• Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
