Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Ensure compliance with age verification procedures for all customers
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math
- Experience with cash register operations is desirable
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is an advantage
