Hillel at the University of Wisconsin is on the search for a marketing and fundraising expert to take on the new role of Assistant Director of Digital Campaign and Stewardship. Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: A professional with 4 years in marketing, advertising, or fundraising.
- Skillset: Expertise in digital and multichannel campaigns, graphic design, and project management with strong written communication skills.
- Digital Savvy: Proficient in creating compelling digital and social media content and experienced with email marketing platforms.
- Strategic Thinker: Adept at audience segmentation and data analysis using a CRM, and uses insights to drive decisions.
- Community Connector: Someone with a connection to Jewish life and a passion for engaging with our vibrant community, who is excited to initiate a conversation with a prospective parent or a visiting alum.
Your Responsibility: - Own a dynamic annual grassroots fundraising and marketing campaign calendar, including stewardship touchpoints, appeal and renewal messaging, and email newsletters
- Spearhead planning, implementation, and execution of multichannel grassroots fundraising campaigns for UW Hillel, including email, texting, and social media
- Engage and steward our supporters across all platforms and through in-person Hillel events, making every interaction count.
- Foster relationships with prospective and existing major donors through meticulous data analysis and by developing a cultivation strategy for philanthropic success.
- Propel UW Hillel's visibility and impact through innovative digital and social media advertising.
- Use reporting tools to measure and monitor the progress of the overall campaigns in order to meet or exceed fundraising goals
- We expect 75% of the work will be spend on grassroots digital fundraising and storytelling, and 25% will be spend on stewardship and alumni engagement in Madison
