Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Performance-Based

Location: Phoenix-Metro, Arizona

Compensation: On Target Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Conduct direct-to-home marketing efforts in assigned neighborhoods within Phoenix Valley.

Engage with potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services which include everything home efficiency related as well as solar and battery solutions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Attend daily training sessions to continuously improve communication techniques and product knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive, resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Must have reliable transportation.

Previous sales or canvassing experience is preferred but not required.
