Salary Range : $21.00 to $28.13

Summary :

The Member Services Consultant Il (MSC Il) is expected to deliver unparalleled member services while providing essential consultative services.

This team member serves as a knowledgeable consultant to supply financial solutions that are in the member's best interest to exceed our members' expectations consistently.

MSC ll will provide our members and potential members with valuable suggestions to use Foothill Federal Credit Union (FFCU) products and services to improve their financial well-being.

The MSC Il is expected to provide excellent member service and be accountable for cross-selling goals and promotional opportunities offered to our members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Open New Accounts through Meridian, comply with Eligibility Requirements and within compliance
• Home Banking setup process, including e-statements
• Completes payroll deductions and authorization forms
• Takes stop payment orders
• Renews and updates certificate accounts
• Maintains IRA accounts and answers basic questions regarding IRAs.
• Take an application on Meridian Link for the best consumer loan product / s for the member
• When opening new members' accounts through Meridian, pull credit for full credit review and processing
• Call and email members to follow up
• Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly
• Provide Notary Services
• Attest to a NMLS# Nationwide Multistate Licensing System
• Process Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
• Sign HELOC and Home Advantage in addition to Personal Loan Documents
• Medallion Stamp Certified
• Telemarketing to current or potential members
• You might be required to perform your duties at different branch locations

• A valid California Class C Driver's License, a method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions, and at least minimum automobile insurance coverage as required by the State of California

Requirements :

Experience / Education Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years in a member service-oriented position or one year as an MSC l, preferably within credit union operations working in such departments as New Accounts, IRAs, and Lending. ATM, etc.
• Notary Services
• Fluent in writing and speaking Spanish
