Behavior Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Are you an experienced and driven Assistant Behavior Analyst seeking a rewarding opportunity to utilize your skills and make a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs? Look no further! We are currently looking for you to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive behavior support plans.

- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to promote positive behavioral change.- Collect data and analyze progress towards behavioral goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment and intervention.

- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behavior data.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid LBA via WA DOH. Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred.

- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
