Project Manager

Job Summary:

Foote Cattle Company is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This position will oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure, while ensuring effective communication with ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

· Coordinate and lead teams

· Identify and mitigate project risks

· Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards

· Manage project resources and vendors

· Communicate project progress and issues to owners

· Monitor and control project expenses

· Identify and access current feedyard facilities and needs

Requirements:

· Prefer Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Must have 3-5 years of project management experience

· Proven track record of successful project management experience

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Highly skilled in leading and managing a team

· Other relevant experience
