Position: HR Assistant/Clerk

Location: Bountiful, UT 84010

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR manager with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
• Help organize and coordinate HR projects and events.
• Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
