Foot & Ankle Clinic of Oakwood is Hiring an Appointment Coordinator Near Oakwood, GA

```Duties```
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Enter customer information and appointment details into the database
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions
```Skills```

- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately enter customer information into the database
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our company and our customers. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. .
