Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Work with outsourced accounting firm to prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage regulatory reporting and tax payments and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee revenue management and related reporting
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize expenses
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Proven experience in finance management roles, preferably in public accounting or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and governmental accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to make strategic decisions based on financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
