**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and selling products directly to customers along assigned routes. **Duties:** - Drive company vehicle along designated routes to deliver and sell products - Manage inventory levels on the truck and replenish products as needed - Utilize sales techniques to upsell and promote new products - Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow customer relationships - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate pricing - Perform heavy lifting of products during delivery and stocking **Skills:** - Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management - Commercial driving experience with a clean driving record - Excellent organizational skills to manage route schedules efficiently - Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly during the workday - Military experience is a plus for disciplined work ethic - Proficient in customer service practices to build rapport with clients - Upselling skills to increase sales revenue Join our team as a Route Sales Representative and embark on a rewarding career in sales and customer service.
